Protect data, systems, and assets through Zero Trust principles.
Reliability
Recover from failures and continue to deliver expected SLAs.
Performance Efficiency
Scale to meet demand without over-provisioning resources.
Cost Optimization
Deliver business value at the lowest sustainable price point.
Operational Excellence
Run and monitor systems to deliver business value continuously.
Designed to protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability
Security Readiness
Every security review eventually returns to the CIA triad. Soundverse AI on Azure is engineered against all three — sustaining the strong security posture enterprises require for production workloads handling sensitive content and customer data.
Confidentiality
Customer data stays customer data
Encryption, access control, and multi-tenant isolation prevent unauthorized disclosure — at rest, in transit, and in use.
- AES-256 encryption at rest (Azure-managed or BYOK / CMK)
- TLS 1.2+ enforced for all data in transit
- Microsoft Entra ID identity & conditional access
- Role-based access control (RBAC) and Just-in-Time access
- Logical tenant isolation across the multi-tenant platform
Integrity
Data and models cannot be silently tampered
Cryptographic controls, audit logging, and supply-chain validation ensure data and AI outputs are trustworthy.
- Immutable audit logs via Azure Monitor & Defender for Cloud
- Signed artifacts and verified deployment pipelines
- Hash-based content integrity for generated audio
- Change tracking aligned to MCSB governance domains
Availability
Resilient by Microsoft's global design
Soundverse AI inherits Azure's global, redundant, multi-region infrastructure — the same foundation that runs Microsoft 365 and the Fortune 500.
- Azure regional redundancy & availability zones
- DDoS Protection Standard on all public endpoints
- Automated failover & backup with defined RPO/RTO
- 99.9%+ uptime SLAs backed by Microsoft
Zero Trust · Defense-in-Depth · Secure-by-Design
Azure Security Architecture
Azure enforces three reinforcing security models that Soundverse AI inherits automatically. This is not configuration the partner has to invent — it is architectural posture built into every Azure workload.
Zero Trust principles
Never trust, always verify. Every request — user, device, workload, network — is explicitly authenticated, authorized, and least-privileged regardless of origin.
Verify Explicitly · Least Privilege · Assume Breach
Defense-in-depth architecture
Layered controls across identity, network, compute, application, and data. A failure at any single layer is contained by the layers above and below it.
Identity · Perimeter · Network · Compute · Data
Secure-by-design workloads
Security is engineered into the workload from day one through the Microsoft Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) — not bolted on at audit time.
SDL · Threat Modeling · Secure Defaults
The Microsoft Cloud Security Benchmark (MCSB)
Backed by
The MCSB is Microsoft's prescriptive, control-by-control benchmark for securing workloads on Azure (and across clouds). It maps directly to industry frameworks — including CIS, NIST SP 800-53, and PCI DSS — so your security team can validate Soundverse AI against the standards it already uses.
What MCSB Entails
A unified set of security controls, organized into 12 control domains
Each domain provides Azure-specific implementation guidance, with cross-mapped equivalents in industry standards. Defender for Cloud continuously evaluates Soundverse AI's Azure environment against the MCSB and produces a measurable secure score — evidence, not assertion.

Trust controls built for media-grade GenAI workloads
Generative AI Trust
Content owners face GenAI risks that don't exist in traditional SaaS — model training on customer content, prompt-injection of confidential data, copyright exposure on generated outputs, and provenance gaps. Soundverse AI addresses each one directly, layered on top of the Azure foundation.
No-train commitment
Customer content is never used to train foundation models
Catalog, recordings, prompts, and generated outputs you submit remain yours. Soundverse contractually commits that customer-supplied content is not used to train, fine-tune, or evaluate its foundation or generative models — for any customer.
Content Safety
Azure AI Content Safety on inputs & outputs
Prompts and generated audio pass through Azure AI Content Safety filters for harmful content, prompt-injection patterns, and policy violations — providing automated guardrails consistent with Microsoft's published Responsible AI standard.
Soundverse IP
Data Attribution Technology
Soundverse's attribution technology traces influence and provenance across generated outputs — a black-box capability that gives content owners audit-grade evidence of what data shaped what output, without exposing model internals.
Copyright & IP
Customer-supplied content stays customer-owned
Your inputs remain your IP. Outputs generated from your inputs are licensed back to you for the use cases defined in your contract. Soundverse's terms align to the Microsoft Customer Copyright Commitment model for foundation-model risk allocation.
Responsible AI
Aligned to Microsoft's Responsible AI Standard
Soundverse adopts Microsoft's six RAI principles — fairness, reliability & safety, privacy & security, inclusiveness, transparency, accountability — and applies them across model training, evaluation, and deployment lifecycles.
Provenance
Output traceability & content credentials
Generated audio assets carry cryptographic provenance metadata (C2PA-aligned where supported), so downstream users can verify origin, generation parameters, and modification history — closing the trust gap on AI-generated content.
Where your data lives — full disclosure, no surprises
Hosting Transparency
Compliance teams need to know not only that a vendor uses Azure, but where each workload actually runs. Soundverse AI publishes its hosting posture per product line — primary platforming on Azure with a clear migration path for any remaining components.
Region Control
Data residency pinning
Customer data location pinnable to specific Azure geographies (EU, UK, US, APAC) without custom engineering.
Key Control
Customer-Managed Keys (BYOK)
For workloads handling sensitive catalogs, customer-managed keys via Azure Key Vault are available on request.
Vendor Control
Sub-processor disclosure
Full list of Soundverse sub-processors available under NDA, with change-notification commitments built into the DPA.
The questions enterprise content owners ask first
Concerns Answered
A direct response to the security, privacy, and content-protection questions consistently raised by media and entertainment buyers evaluating generative AI. Each answer is mapped to evidence your team can request independently.
Concern 01
What encryption do you use across the platform?
Our Answer
AES-256 encryption for all data at rest, applied by default with Microsoft-managed keys and optionally with customer-managed keys (BYOK) via Azure Key Vault for sensitive workloads. TLS 1.2+ is enforced on every public endpoint and on internal service-to-service traffic. Key rotation, key access auditing, and hardware-backed key protection (HSM-class) follow Azure defaults.
Evidence available: Architecture diagram annotated with encryption boundaries · BYOK configuration guide · Key Vault audit log sample
Concern 02
What guarantees do you provide that our data won't be exfiltrated or stolen?
Our Answer
Defense-in-depth combining Microsoft Entra ID authentication, RBAC with least-privilege, network isolation via Azure Private Endpoints, logical multi-tenant isolation, immutable audit logging via Azure Monitor, and continuous threat detection via Microsoft Defender for Cloud. Egress controls and Data Loss Prevention policies restrict outbound flows. Annual penetration tests and continuous MCSB scoring provide measurable, ongoing assurance.
Evidence available: Latest Defender for Cloud secure score · Pen-test executive summary · Tenant isolation control narrative
Concern 03
Will our catalog or content be used to train your models?
Our Answer
No. Soundverse contractually commits that customer-submitted content is not used to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any Soundverse foundation or generative model — for your account or any other. This commitment appears in the master services agreement, is enforced through technical segregation of customer data from training pipelines, and is auditable. Outputs generated from your inputs are licensed back to you per contract.
Evidence available: No-train commitment letter · Training data segregation control narrative · Master agreement template
Concern 04
Do you carry cyber liability or data breach insurance?
Our Answer
Yes. Soundverse maintains cyber liability and technology errors-and-omissions insurance sized to enterprise SaaS engagements, including breach response, business interruption, and third-party liability coverage. Microsoft Azure provides the underlying platform-layer protections and indemnities published in the Microsoft Product Terms. Certificate of insurance is available on request as part of vendor onboarding.
Evidence available: Soundverse certificate of insurance (on request) · Microsoft Product Terms platform commitments
Concern 05
What happens — and how fast — if there's a security incident?
Our Answer
Soundverse operates a documented incident response plan aligned to NIST SP 800-61 and Microsoft Defender for Cloud detections. Customer notification is provided within the timelines required by the Microsoft DPA and applicable regulation (e.g., GDPR 72-hour breach notification). Forensic logs are retained immutably, and post-incident reports include root cause, scope, and remediation actions.
