How it works
Choose the track to pump
Open AI Studio and pick the track that should duck, such as a bass, pads, chords or a loop. Set the project tempo first, since the pump follows it.
Add Sidechain One
Click the track header, click ADD EFFECT and pick Sidechain One under the Pump chip. On audio tracks, the Pumping House Bass chain preset includes it too.
Pick the rate and shape
Open its window, press Play and choose 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 or 1/1. Click one of the 16 shape buttons, such as Classic, Punch or Swell, and watch the curve.
Set the depth, then export
Turn the large MIX knob to set how deep the duck goes, from 0 to 100%. Your export carries the same tempo-synced curve.

Does Sidechain One sound like real sidechain compression?
Sidechain One gives the same pumping movement, made a different way. Sidechain compression turns a track down when a kick hits; Sidechain One turns it down on the beat grid with a shape you choose, so the pump is the same every time. With a four-on-the-floor kick, the 1/4 rate lines the dips up with each beat.
Can I release a song that uses Sidechain One?
It depends on your Soundverse plan. On the Free plan, what you make is for personal use. Paid plans include a commercial license; the Pricing page lists what each plan covers. Sidechain One shapes audio you bring or make, so you still need the rights to anything you upload or record.
